Our restaurant at Totoco is a celebration of Ometepe's abundance and beauty. Every meal is an expression of nature's generosity and our dedication to sustainable practices. All ingredients are sourced locally, we offer seasonal fruits and vegetables and many of our foods come from our very own farm.

All of our meals are focused on being nutritional, balanced and delicious. We have many options for both vegetarian and vegan customers but should you have any further requirements please do let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you!
The Totoco dining area overlooks our lush gardens and the iconic volcano. It’is the perfect setting to enjoy meals with friends and family. Enjoy complimentary breakfast as part of your hotel stay.

Delicious Drinks with an Iconic View!
With by far the best views on the whole island, our Elixir Bar is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and breathe in the surreal sunset. Keep an eye out for our drink specials and homemade liqueurs which have been expertly made by our chief mixologist.
Quench your thirst with freshly made juices and delicious smoothies. A visit to the Elixir Bar is the perfect addition to an afternoon spent at the Totoco infinity pool or to refresh after a morning of activities on the island.
